Every magazine and newspaper includes articles focusing on diet tips and promises of how to eat your way to your ideal weight; showing how our society’s obsession with food can have negative connotations.

Irelands increasingly multi cultural society is reflected in the variety of cuisines available; no doubt it is an exciting era for everyone involved in the area.
