Opening the door for a specialist education
IADT’s vision is to be at the forefront of teaching, research and innovation at the convergence of the arts, technology and enterprise, and to contribute to Ireland’s development as a creative knowledge economy. Our graduates are well-placed to contribute to economic, social and cultural development.
Our Institute has three Schools:
Business and Humanities, with programmes focusing on the world of business in the knowledge, media and entertainment sectors.
Creative Technologies, which explores the interaction of people and technology.
Creative Arts, offering programmes that blend creativity and technology in art, design and media – including the internationally recognised National Film School.
Our unique, high quality programmes offer students excellent opportunities to prepare for their future careers – wherever you go, whatever you do.
There is a comprehensive range of student services, clubs and societies, and sport facilities to ensure that your time with us is as rewarding as possible.
We also offer extra-mural courses in the summer and autumn, including portfolio preparation courses (if you are thinking of applying to programmes in our School of Creative Arts), and a wide range of part-time certificates and postgraduate programmes.
